As Design Director and Founder, Joseph Mross brings twenty years of experience in residential design and construction and an education in Fine and Applied Arts, with and emphasis on metalsmithing and printmaking. His broad artistic background extends back into childhood with drawing, painting, sculpture, photography and animation. DESIGN PHILOSOPHY


Production Director, Gene Mross, Joseph's father, brings ingenuity, vision and drive of 35 years in residential, commercial and industrial construction. With a talented team of artisans and design assistants, Archive Designs has developed into multi-disciplinary design studios and fabrication workshops.
